Registration & Insurance

When submitting Registration & Insurance documents the club need copies of your ID Cards. Photos of registration stickers or license plates is not proof and are unacceptable. We need a photo of the ID cards that you would be required to submit to a police office if stopped. A copy for each machine you plan on riding on the club system is required. You wouldn't think we would have to post this BUT, there are many who do this. Your ID Cards are required during the registration process of membership and should be uploaded to this website along with your membership application and Hold Harmless Waiver.

Membership Registration

Here we will cover what we are looking for during this process. Let me first start off with we value everyone's privacy and the information submitted during the registration process will not be seen by anyone other the club's President, Secretary & Webmaster. Your privacy is our number one concern.

All current club members are required to complete this registration process. Go to the menu above and click on NEW MEMBER SIGNUP. If you don't have the ability to do so, contact the Secretary/Webmaster to make arraignments for getting this accomplished.

<The way we have set this up is as follows.>

The head of household will create their account and list their spouse during the process, if you have one. If you have additional family members, list them as well. The head of household is the account holder and the only one who will have login access. If you wish to share your login information with other members of your family make sure that you use a password that you're willing to share with others. Your family members will be listed in your membership but will not have login access.

This document is required from everyone (one person per agreement) who is riding on the Foothills ATV Riders Club Inc. trail system, including those under the age of 18 years. Due to instructions from our attorney & the President of this organization, the original copy of this document must be kept on file with the club's Secretary. All members are asked to upload photo copies of this document to help speed up the membership registration process and send any original copy(ies) to the clubs post office box for process & filing. The address can be found by going to the Contact Us tab under Club Information in the menu of the website.
