Membership Registration
Here we will cover what we are looking for during this process. Let me first start off with we value everyone's privacy and the information submitted during the registration process will not be seen by anyone other the club's President, Secretary & Webmaster. Your privacy is our number one concern.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW HANDLED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE
All current club members are required to complete this registration process. Go to the menu above and click on NEW MEMBER SIGNUP. If you don't have the ability to do so, contact the Secretary/Webmaster to make arraignments for getting this accomplished.
<The way we have set this up is as follows.>
The head of household will create their account and list their spouse during the process, if you have one. If you have additional family members, list them as well. The head of household is the account holder and the only one who will have login access. If you wish to share your login information with other members of your family make sure that you use a password that you're willing to share with others. Your family members will be listed in your membership but will not have login access.
There are questions throughout the process that are required fields as well as optional fields. All documents will be uploaded during the registration process. For each machine you plan on using on the trail system you must submit proof of VALID INSURANCE & REGISTRATION. Please submit separate ID cards per machine with the expiration date visible.
It is the responsibility of you as a member to make sure these documents are valid and kept up to date. Expired documents means suspended membership until the issue has been resolved. The head of household can check the status of their documents by logging into the website, going to your profile More Member Options and clicking on Attachments. WE have provided the ability to add information for up to 5 machines. If you have more than 5 machines, let us know so that additional fields can be added to the registration process. If you have purchased a machine after you have become a member, the information of the machine can be added by going to your profile and clicking on Additional Member Data. On your profile there is a Tutorial Video that will show you how to navigate the functions so you can setup your preferences. Please take time to watch this video before reaching for additional assistance.
